This Week in Torah and Yeshua

A weekly Torah Pursuant guide for the parsha, the teachings of Yeshua, and faithful practice.

This weekly guide uses the Torah Pursuant Method. We begin with Yeshua, return to Torah, follow the teaching through Scripture, listen carefully to Jewish and Christian history, test every claim with humility, and look for one faithful step of obedience today.

How the Torah Pursuant Method Works

The full method is a path from study to obedience. It is not meant to create cold scholars or religious performers. It is meant to form disciples who listen to Yeshua, honor Torah, respect Israel and the nations in proper order, and practice Scripture with mercy and humility.

Begin with Yeshua

We start with something Yeshua taught, commanded, corrected, revealed, or modeled.

Find the Torah Root

We ask where this teaching first appears in Torah as command, pattern, covenant concern, or creation order.

Trace the Whole Witness

We follow the theme through Torah, Prophets, Writings, the Gospels, Acts, and the apostolic writings.

Listen to History

We consider Jewish, Christian, and Messianic Jewish witnesses with care, gratitude, and discernment.

Test with Humility

We distinguish Scripture, inference, tradition, preference, application, and what remains unknown.

Practice and Review the Fruit

We choose one concrete act of obedience, seek wise counsel, and ask whether the fruit looks like love, mercy, humility, truth, and faithfulness.
