Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct is a commitment to living with integrity and honor as a Torah Pursuant believer in Yeshua. It sets a standard for how we treat each other, conduct ourselves, and reflect God's love and truth in every aspect of life. By embracing these principles, we strengthen our community, build a trustworthy reputation, and demonstrate to the world what it truly means to live out our faith with humility, kindness, and respect.
Code of Conduct for Torah Pursuant Believers in Yeshua
1. Love God Wholeheartedly
Prioritize a deep, personal relationship with Adonai through prayer, worship, and the observance of His commandments. Live out the Shema by loving God with all your heart, soul, and strength. (Deuteronomy 6:5; Matthew 22:37)
2. Walk in Love Toward Others
Treat everyone with respect, kindness, and humility. Be quick to forgive, slow to anger, and always strive to reflect Yeshua's love in your actions and words. (Leviticus 19:18; John 13:34-35)
3. Uphold the Torah's Teachings
Embrace the commandments of God as a guide for righteous living. Recognize Yeshua as the living Torah and follow His example in keeping God's laws. (Psalm 119:105; Matthew 5:17-19)
4. Live with Integrity
Be honest, transparent, and trustworthy. Avoid gossip, slander, and deceit, choosing instead to build others up with your words and actions. (Proverbs 12:22; Ephesians 4:25)
5. Promote Unity in Diversity
Honor the unity of both Jewish and Gentile believers in Messiah. Celebrate cultural expressions that honor God, and encourage a spirit of inclusiveness within the community. (Ephesians 2:14-16;
Galatians 3:28)
6. Pursue Peace and Reconciliation
Strive to maintain peace in all relationships. Approach conflicts with a heart of forgiveness and reconciliation, seeking to live in harmony with others. (Matthew 5:9; Romans 12:18)
7. Engage in Prayer and Study
Dedicate time to prayer, Torah study, and spiritual growth. Let Scripture guide your life, and remain open to learning and applying God's wisdom. (Joshua 1:8; 1 Thessalonians 5:17)
8. Support the Community
Be an active and supportive member of the congregation. Share your time, talents, and resources to meet the needs of the community and advance God’s kingdom. (Hebrews 10:24-25; Acts 2:42-47)
9. Be a Light to the Nations
Share the good news of Yeshua and the truth of the Torah with a gentle and respectful spirit. Live in such a way that your life is a testimony of God's love and redemption. (Isaiah 49:6; Matthew 5:14-16)
10. Guard Against Sin
Maintain a holy and set-apart lifestyle. Confess and repent of sin regularly, keeping a humble and teachable heart before God. (1 Peter 1:15-16; 1 John 1:9)
