Lyell Seminary is looking for a small group of faculty who will help shape the Seminary’s future with depth, wisdom, and integrity.

Academic Background

PhD or equivalent preferred

M.Div preferred (where applicable)

Strong grounding in biblical studies, theology, history, languages, or related fields

Step 4 — Faculty Discernment Interview
A conversation with the President and Counsel members.

Step 5 — Formation Begins
Accepted faculty enter the Faculty Formation Year beginning January 2025.
