𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭? 𝐐&𝐀

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Scripture shows that in a world filled with deception, believers must stay vigilant, keeping their hearts and minds grounded in God’s truth. Only by walking with integrity can we stand against the adversary’s schemes; in God’s truth, we find the freedom and strength to stay the course.

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐦: Scripture and scholarship show that Gentiles don’t need to become Jews to worship God.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬? Scripture and Christian faith reveal Jesus as divine and human, fulfilling the role of Messiah and offering salvation, bridging ancient Jewish tradition with modern Christian faith.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐝? Loving God is more than a feeling; it’s about devotion in action, living in harmony with His character.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 “𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭”? Torah Pursuancy is about drawing near to God through Jesus, studying and living His commandments as revealed across Scripture, guided by the Spirit, and sustained within community.

𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐡? Gentile believers in Jesus are invited to share in the blessings of God’s commandments, which serve as a guide for growing closer to Him, reflecting His holiness through love and truth.

𝐃𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐡? Paul didn’t dismiss God’s Law; he taught that faith in Jesus transforms obedience from a legalistic duty to a love-filled response, empowered by the Spirit.

𝐃𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬? The New Testament doesn’t abolish circumcision, dietary laws, and biblical feasts; it repositions them for Gentile believers, emphasizing heart transformation and a Spirit-led approach to the Torah.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 “𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫”? Intimacy with the Father is a heartfelt dialogue with the Creator, where humility, trust, and a desire for God’s glory open the faithful to experience His presence, seek forgiveness, and intercede for others, aligning our hearts with His purposes. It is about loving God in the way He wants to be loved, through pursuing His commands while keeping the testimony of Jesus.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲: 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝: Torah Pursuancy is a journey to draw near to God through Jesus, studying, embodying, and applying His commandments as they unfold across Scripture, guided by the Spirit and sustained in community.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 “𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭”? Being Torah Pursuant is about drawing closer to God, not by perfectly following rules, but by embracing His teachings through Jesus, seeking His Spirit to guide us in living out Torah daily.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞? “Pursuing the Torah” is a method of tracing each mitzvah across history, from the Torah through the prophets, Jesus’s teachings, and the writings of rabbis and Church fathers, into the present, seeking the Spirit’s guidance for today.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? Commit to pursuing the command to love the Lord, your God, with all your heart (emotions), soul (mind), and strength (actions); and specifically, to love your neighbor (do for your neighbor) as you love yourself (as you would want it done for you). Study one instruction and, by the guidance of the Holy Spirit, put it into practice in your life. Jesus died for your sins, so that as a Gentile, you might learn to study God's commands and put them into practice as the Spirit leads. This is the foundation of the Kingdom of God. And, it is your invitation to be a part of it. Pray to accept this invitation and find a community nearby that will help you on your journey.
